1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the payment was already made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After the Product is Out for Delivery

Once your product is dispatched and marked as "Out for Delivery", the order cannot be cancelled. At this stage the package is already with the courier partner and on its way to you, so cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Products with Return Available

If a product has a return option available, you may raise a return request after receiving the item, even if you were unable to cancel the order earlier. Please note:

• Return eligibility depends on the specific product; return availability is mentioned on the product page.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within the return window mentioned for that product.
• Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For orders cancelled before dispatch, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, no charge applies if cancelled before dispatch.

6. Cancellation by premiumprox

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or delivery restrictions in your area. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded for any amount paid.
